The organic extra virgin olive oil with saffron prepared on our farm in Bardolino comes from the infusion of saffron in cold-pressed organic extra virgin olive oil. Once harvested, organic saffron is lightly roasted on wooden embers and then packaged to be added to organic extra virgin olive oil. The organic extra virgin olive oil with saffron is an oil with superior characteristics due to the excellent quality of the saffron and the oil used. It is an extra virgin olive oil with a delicate taste very suitable to accompany fresh seasonal salads and fish dishes.
It can be used to embellish any traditional Italian dish, an excellent extra virgin olive oil suitable for daily use or to amaze its guests with a touch of extraordinary elegance. It is an oil for true connoisseurs, it can embellish even the simplest dish, a salad, a soup, a fish dish.

Saffron extra virgin olive oil is used to season first courses such as pasta with vegetable sauces, fresh seasonal salads and delicate fish dishes, especially lake fish. On the carpione in particular: a typical fish, characteristic of the habitat of the waters of Lake Garda where it populates the shallow waters, is able to enhance the quality of meat, on the other lake fish gives a delicate and characteristic flavor and aroma.
